Getting Ready for Fall

Fall is definitely my favorite season of the year and it can not get here fast enough! I love everything about fall. Football, cool weather, leaves changing color and especially the fashion. Scarves, boots, sweaters, layers. I love it all! I know most places are already starting to cool off (I am so jealous) but we have a while in Texas before fall actually gets here.

So, today I wanted to share a fall look that is still wearable in the Texas heat. Plaid button up shirts are a must have for fall and this one is lighter weight so it is perfect for the warmer climates. I also have it in olive green and will probably end up purchasing more colors. It is also long enough to wear with legging and boots! These booties I purchased during the Nordstrom sale and they are the perfect everyday bootie. They have just enough height to elongate your legs but are so comfortable since they are a wedge. My bag was a gift from my little sister last year, but it is the perfect shade of yellow to carry year round.  At the bottom of the post I've linked either the same or items very similar to everything I'm wearing!

My jewelry is another winning set from Rocksbox. Get designer jewelry hand picked for you and sent right to your door for just $19/month! Use the code "kimberlybff207" to get your first month FREE!!

I can't' wait to finally be able to wear jeans, long sleeves and boots but these shorts will have to work until then! How do you dress for the season before the weather gets cool?

Thanks for stopping by!
